Tarot Card - The Wheel of Fortune X

The Wheel of Fortune is the 10th card of the Major Arcana. The number 10 is for completing a cycle, and a new beginning.

On the card of the Rider Waite you are seeing a wheel with words on it, like the word TARO (old word for Tarot). Between the symbols you will see the four elements for mercury, sulfur, water and salt. The letters YVHV is for Yod Heh Vau Heh, en is the Hebrew name for God. If you are reading and turning the wheel in your mind, you will also see Tarot, or Rota, which means 'wheel'.
On the left side of the card you are seeing the Typhoon, also in the form of a serpent. The most deadly creature in Greek mythology. On the other side you will see the God Anubis. The serpent is representing negativity, and Anubis fortune and luck. The serpent is also seen as Seth, the Egyptian God of the darkness.


On each corner of the card you will see one apocalyptical animal from the vision of Ezekiel (Ezekiel 1:10). They also represent the alchemical elements, water, fire, air and earth. They are the zodiac signs: Aquarius, Scorpio, Leo and Taurus. And for the Angels Raphael (Aquarius upper left), Gabriel (Scorpio) is the eagle, Michael (Leo), and Uriel (Taurus).
The wings are the symbol you have the freedom to transform. They are reading the Tora, which is about ancient wisdom. Anubis is the God of Death, and is symbolizing transformation and a new beginning. The sphinx is on top of th Wheel and sees all. He is for power, perseverance and wisdom. He is holding the sword of Justice.

General:
The Wheel of Fortune is for movement, changes, and the cycle of life. Of beginning and endings, luck and misfortune. You have had a difficult time in life, and have conquered it. It can only improve from this day forward. Know that changes are necessary to grow in life. Try to welcome these changes in your life. Have faith. Otherwise these lessons will keep repeating themselves.

Career:
There are positive changes ahead. You are on the right place; good timing. You can expect a promotion. If you are finding your job too boring, this card is all about changing your life for the better, and perhaps start looking for a new job.

Love:
It's a very positive card, you will find new love (soulmate), or the current relationship will get even grow closer. In negative sense this card could mean you are keep going around in cirles, and there isn't much growth, which is very much needed right now. Try to break through old patterns. Know that you don't have to stay a victim in this situation, you create your own happiness.
